Now if you are used to using true cream in your coffee, then you may want to consider milk as an alternative. It comes in 2%, 1% or skim and can really make a difference in your daily fat intake if you are using heavy cream in several cups of coffee each day. Even whole milk (4%) would be a bit healthier than actual cream.If you find milk too watery for your coffee, try using canned evaporated milk instead. It's still lower in fat than cream but is heavier and richer than standard milk.
