Creamer: Dairy vs. Non-Dairy
Tea remains one of the most popular beverages around the world. Tea is often shipped from areas throughout Asia which adds to the expense. You can also pay in advance in an effort to save money on the teas you love from around the world.
While you can select between dairy and non-dairy creamer for your tea, the best kind is based upon your preference and health requirements. For instance, if you are lactose intolerant then a non-dairy creamer is best. If you do not like adding a bit of milk, then this is also the best choice. However, if you enjoy adding dairy creamer to your black tea for the flavor, then dairy creamer is better. There may not be as many health benefits associated with different creamers, but if you are trying to lose weight you can consume green tea as a great diet beverage because it is superior to traditional caffeine as a means of maintaining energy balance and decreasing excess consumption.
