Coffee Crema
Since it requires pressure to create the crema, your average drip-brewed coffee doesn't have it. But there is one exception, and that is coffee made with several of the new single-serve pod machines. Because these machines need to brew each cup on demand, they use slight pressure to speed up the process. It's not enough to actually call this espresso, but there is enough to make a light crema layer on pod-made coffee. It's a nice perk.
