Processing and Shipping Your Order

Your order is processed promptly and shipped within 24 hours from items in-stock at our Arkansas warehouse. Many times we ship your order the same day we receive it. Orders requesting Air delivery generally ship same-day when we receive your order by 12:00 noon Central Time.

Orders for whole bean coffees may be custom roasted-to-order. See our Roasting & Shipping Cycle.

How Is Shipping Calculated & How Much Is My Shipping?

Shipping rates are determined on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of your total order. To get an estimate of your shipping cost you can do the following:

  • Add all items to your cart.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the cart to find the shipping calculator like the image on the right.
  • Fill out the form on the cart page with your information and click calculate.

Delivery Times & Tracking Your Shipment

For delivery times, click on the Shipping Map shown at the right. This map shows the total Shipping Days (via Ground service) for your order to arrive – shipped FROM our Arkansas warehouse TO your front door.

Most all shipments come from our Arkansas warehouse – except commercial beverage equipment which generally ships factory-direct from the manufacturer.

All Shipments – Air & Ground

Air Shipments of Multiple Items

When you order multiple items via Air Delivery, an additional shipping charge may apply to each item shipped (that's how UPS and FedEx charge us).

We will let you know your total Air shipping cost if it differs from the amount automatically calculated on our web site.

Weekends and Holidays do not "count" as a shipping day

Example: Your order ships on Friday via Next Day Air. It is scheduled for delivery the next business day, Tuesday. Your order does not move on Saturday or Sunday (the weekend), or on Monday (the national holiday). It is delivered on Tuesday, the next business day, right on schedule.

The day your order ships does not "count" as a shipping day

Example: Your 2nd Day Air order ships Monday for scheduled delivery on Wednesday, the 2nd business day. The day your order ships (Monday) is not counted as a shipping day.

Example: Your Ground order ships on Tuesday for scheduled delivery on the 3rd business day, Friday. The day your order ships (Tuesday) is not counted as a shipping day.

Economy Shipping Method (FedEx SmartPost)

For many items, we offer an Economy shipping method. If you select this shipping method, your order will be shipped via the least expensive method available, which is almost always FedEx SmartPost.

SmartPost is a special shipping method designed for smaller, lighter packages. It is intended to save you money when speed is not an issue for you. SmartPost packages are carried from our location by FedEx and deposited at a SmartPost hub. At the hub, your package is handed over to the U.S. Postal Service for "final mile" delivery to your door (or PO Box). Please note that if you have a PO Box, you should always use it. If not, you should use your complete street address, including business name or suite number (if applicable).

Please note that SmartPost (unlike other shipping methods) do not have a guaranteed/predictable delivery date. SmartPost packages are pooled together and move around the country based on carrier volume and logistics on their end. Economy packages usually take between 6 and 10 business days to be delivered, but could be delivered several days sooner or later than that. If you would prefer your package to be delivered more quickly, consider upgrading to Ground shipping.

 Returns & Credits

We want you to be 100% fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us with confidence.

It is a good idea to read and understand the return policies for the items you are ordering before placing your order. Please note that different items have different return policies and procedures.

Unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part, you are usually responsible for return shipping costs. Most equipment and parts are subject to a manufacturer's restocking fee (percentage varies). Most coffee, tea, beverages mixes, and supplies do not have a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

The 3 types of returns for you to consider are:

   1. Return Policy – Beverages, Supplies & Accessories

   2. Return Policy – Beverage Equipment & Parts

   3. Return Policy – Undeliverable Packages & Unauthorized Returns

For Consistently Better Coffee:

In order to savor a more flavorfularomaticsmooth, and rich cup of gourmet coffee here's some helpful tips (and a few secrets) so you can brew that perfect cup time after time.

1. Keep your coffee maker clean.

Sounds fairly simple, but residue from both water and coffee can build up in your machine over time and detract from the natural characteristics of the coffee. Since this generally happens slowly, from pot to pot, its hard for you to notice it. But it can, and certainly does, happen.

2. Use fresh, clear, and clean cold water free of impurities.

There's a lot of truth in the old phrase "coffee is 90% water". The quality of your brew is heavily dependent upon the quality of the water that you use. Freshly drawn tap water is fine. However, if you're not happy with your tap water's flavor or color, consider filtered or bottled water.

3. Keep your coffee fresh.

Enemies of storing coffee are air, light, heat, and moisture. When you're using our pre-packaged All Day Gourmet Coffee pillow packs and filter packs your coffee is kept fresh until you're ready to brew. They lock out the air, the light, and the moisture. All you need to do is store your coffee at room temperature.

Store your whole bean coffees – the ones you use daily to make your brew – in a cool, dark, dry place. And preferably in an opaque, air tight container. For more detailed information on storing your coffee beans, see our Coffee FAQs.

4. Use the "right amount" of coffee.

Our pre-packaged All Day Gourmet Coffee pillow packs and filter packs are already pre-measured to brew one pot of coffee (8, 10, or 12 cups). Simple, easy and convenient.

For whole beans, the right amount depends upon your personal taste preference. Start with 1½oz of beans for each 12-cup pot of coffee you brew. Then, adjust the amount of coffee to suit your personal taste preference. That's all there is to it.

5. Use the "right" filter basket.

For home coffee makers, the filter basket that came with your coffee maker is generally just fine for brewing coffee with filter pack coffee.

For commercial coffee makers, we recommend you use a specially designed flat-bottom filter basket made specifically for brewing filter pack coffee. You'll get a better brew every time. See Bloomfield, Bunn, and see it in action.

Better Brew Tip: When using filter packs (1) place the filter pack into the filter basket "seam-side" down, AND (2) use the specially designed flat-bottom filter basket (recommended for commercial coffee makers).

6. Immediately after brewing is complete...

Remove your coffee from the burner. Freshly brewed coffee ages when it's exposed to air. Flavor and aroma loss starts immediately after brewing and becomes noticeable after as little as 15 minutes.

Transfer your freshly-brewed coffee to an insulated airpot, thermal server, or carafe. This will ensure your coffee remains hotter, longer while maintaining its rich aroma and fresh taste.

For Consistently Better Iced Tea . . .

Whether you're brewing for home or commercial use, many of the brewing hints mentioned above for brewing delicious coffee are also common to brewing a splendid glass of our All Day Gourmet Iced Tea, All Day Gourmet Flavored Iced Tea, or Paradise Flavored Iced Tea.

  1. Keep your drip coffee or tea maker clean of residue.
  2. Use fresh, clear, and clean cold water free of impurities.
  3. Store your tea in air tight containers for maximum freshness.

All Day Gourmet Iced Tea is conveniently packaged in filter packs – perfect for brewing terrific iced tea. Available in two different sizes – and a variety of popular flavors – each filter pack brews ½ to 2 gallons of simply splendid traditional or flavored iced tea.

  • Place the filter pack of tea into your coffee or tea filter basket with the seam-side down. Brew as you normally do.
  • Option: For greater extraction and a stronger tea, empty the contents of the filter pack into a filter and brew as normal.
  • While the tea brews, prepare your tea pitcher:
  1. Add your desired amount of sugar or sweetener,
  2. Add a little water to dissolve your sweetener,
  3. Pour in your freshly brewed tea, and
  4. Dilute with ice (preferably) or cold water.

Now you're ready to enjoy All Day Gourmet Iced Tea to the fullest. A fabulous glass of iced tea that fully deserves its Five Star Rating for aroma, body, color, clarity, and flavor.

Paradise Flavored Iced Tea – three ways to brew.

Brewer Method – Place one filter pack in the brew basket of your drip coffee maker or iced tea maker (seam side down). Fill your brewer with water and brew as normal. Pour the brewed tea into a pitcher and serve over ice.

Option: For greater extraction and a stronger tea, empty the contents of the filter pack into a filter and brew.

Refrigerator Method – Place one filter pack into ½ gallon iced tea pitcher. Add fresh cold water and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Remove filter pack and serve.

Hot Water Method – Place 24 ounces of hot water in a pitcher. Add one filter pack of tea and steep for 3 minutes. Remove bag, add 3 cups cold water and chill.
