Breakfast Blend - Fresh Roasted

Not usually one for blends but this one hit the spot. Nice nutty notes with a nice level of acids. Reminded me of how Dunkin Donuts used to taste like…

I don't have very sophisticated tastes when it comes to coffee. I usually put a good amount of sugar and milk in so that masks an off batch of coffee. But this stuff is so bad even sugar and milk couldn't help it. Even I could tell that it was yucky.

Great coffee for all-day consumption: smooth, non-bitter, and full-flavored. It also is a great value in comparison with store-bought or "designer" coffees that have been steadily increasing in price. We previously drank Dunkin Donuts coffee and find the Breakfast Blend to be on par with the mildness of that brand -- similar to Starbucks new blonde variety. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed this coffee, however I did find it to be more oily than other blends like it. As a result it grinds differently, sticking more to the grinder and I suggest using a bit less when brewing....once we did that I found it to be my perfect wake up!

We buy the ground reg and decaf in 5lb bags and mix half and half. Portion out in freezer bags and store in freezer until needed. Just the right kick in the AM without caffiene jitters. Product stays fresh in the freezer until needed. This is really good coffee and we miss it when traveling although if we are staying in cottage or cabin on vacation we bring it with us.
