Return Policy – Beverages, Supplies & Accessories

We want you to be 100% fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us with confidence. It is a good idea to understand the return policies for the items you are ordering before placing your order. Returning Beverages, Supplies and Accessories

Returns and replacements are straightforward, simple and easy for beverages, supplies and accessories.

If you are not 100% fully and completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our beverages, supplies or accessories simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase.

We will promptly replace that product for you, or refund your purchase price – your choice.

Beverages, Supplies, Accessories Returns – Here's What You Do
STEP 1: Get a Return Authorization number (RA#)

  • Contact us (email or phone) to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.

  • You may return merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Be sure to include your Order Number along with your request.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).

  • We will provide you with written instructions on how to return your products.

  • Please DO NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#).

STEP 2: Return your item(s) as instructed

  • Ship your products to us prepaid, insured, with a tracking number for proof of delivery.

  • Return products to our Shipping Address.

  • Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

  • Please note that shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

STEP 3: Your choice – refund or replacement
  • After all of the above are complete, and we receive your products...

(A) we will promptly send you a replacement, or

(B) we will promptly issue your refund – your choice.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following

  • You may return merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase.

  • RA#'s are valid for 14 days from date of issue.

  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

  • Special-order items are non returnable.

  • Products returned to us without an RA# are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
