Coffee.org services a wide selection city, county and state governments, military installations, government institutions, schools, universities, medical facilities and other government agencies. We are a registered minority business (MBE) vendor with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government.

We are certified with ORCA, an e-Government initiative that was designed by the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) to replace the paper based Representations and Certifications (Reps and Certs) process. Finally we are registered with WAWF for Government Contracts. WAWF is a convenient online solution that allows vendors to electronically submit invoices and receiving reports; allows the Government to perform inspection and acceptance of goods and services, and interfaces with payment systems to receive transactions electronically.

MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Certification. Miss Ellie's Coffee.org, Inc. is a small minority owned business as classified by the Small Business Administration (SBA), as well as a Native American owned company. We sell to both the Federal, State and Local government and the private sector. Coffee.org meets the eligibility criteria as required by the Federal and State governments as a small minority owned and operated business.

The SBA defines a small business concern as one that is independently owned and operated, is organized for profit, and is not dominant in its field. Depending on the industry, size standard eligibility is based on the average number of employees for the preceding twelve months or on sales volume averaged over a three-year period. Certification is done at the local or regional level.
