Creamy Molasses Coffee
A recipe similar to the honey one above, but using the stronger tasting molasses instead for a spicier cup of coffee.
  • 2 cups coffee
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 tbs molasses
  • Stir everything in a saucepan, and heat until the molasses is melted. Pour into mugs, and serve it up. Serves 2.

    Austrian Cafe
This style of coffee is more popular in Europe, so it may seem a little unusual to have an egg white in the ingredients. It will take a bit more skill to make but you will impress your friends guaranteed.

  • 2 cup of coffee
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbs heavy cream
  • In a small bowl, whip the egg white until you have soft peaks, then carefully fold in the vanilla extract. Beat again until you have stiff peaks. Divide the whipped egg into 2 mugs, then carefully pour the hot coffee over top the foam. Add 2 spoons of cream to top each one off. Serves 2.

    Coffee Caribbean
With this recipe, you mix all the dry ingredients together and use them to do your brewing. You don't add anything afterwards. It's sweet and a little bit spicy too.

  • 4 tbs ground coffee
  • 1/2 tsp dried orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 inch piece of whole vanilla bean
  • 2 whole cloves
  • Mix everything together, and use in a drip coffee maker to brew up 4 cups of coffee. Serve hot. Serves 4.
